Live From the 500 Club: Thank You!

500 Follows 02

Every time in my life I’ve achieved some milestone, I’ve generally kept it to myself.  My rationale was that no one but me would care about it.  I still believe that is true to a large extent.

But in this case, it is a milestone that I did not achieve.  It is a milestone that others lifted  me up to.  And in some cases, pushed me towards.

Therefore, far from crowing about my achievement in reaching 500 followers, I instead want to thank you all for allowing me to get to this point, for helping me refine and improve my writing, and for teaching me that the best part about writing is the community and fellowship that arises when we all share our work together.

So, from the bottom of my heart …

Thank you!

    • Thank you, Lorne! And, yes, I actually live here in Texas. However, I was born and raised elsewhere. That may explain the distinctly un-Texan flavor of my humor. 🙂

      Thanks for dropping by!

  1. Dear Biff, I totally agree with Quiall on this… You DO deserve the milestone! With your ever witty, fun and brilliant writing, you put a little fantasy and spread the good giggles to more and more everyday.

Congratulations, Big bro 🙂 Love ya! Love what you do! And I hope many many many more people will join in the Biff Sock Pow Train!!

    • Thank you, Sis! Now I feel bad about pulling your hair and all those other mean things older brothers do. 🙂 Seriously, though, thank you so much. As I’ve said to others here, its great writers like you who keep me inspired to write.

Love ya too! Keep on being awesome! Muah!

    • Thank you, Quiall! You are very kind. But, honestly, I would not have kept at it if it weren’t for all the great people like you who encouraged me, not only with your words, but with your own awesome blogs. Seeing someone else write something great inspires one to try it themselves. 🙂
