Welcome to my second installment of this one-week retrospective of my blogging activity. You may remember from my inaugural BoB post that this is just a cheap, shameless way to keep my posts up near the top of the various tag walls.
I’m not ashamed to be shameless!
So let’s get started, shall we?
Biff’s World
I only managed to create and post one “Biff’s World” comic last week.
However, it turned out to be one of my more popular ones. It dealt with people who are more concerned with winning awards than in doing the jobs they are being paid to do.
Hey, I’m not opposed to self-promotion! This entire blog is one giant act of self promotion.
But then again, no one is paying me to do this.
Feelin’ the Heat
On Friday I posted one of my more popular posts ever.
Hot-Weather Tips for Visitors to Texas
A day or two before I wrote it, we had hit 108 degrees here in Dallas (42.2 C). So, the post started out as sort of a generic rant against the high heat, but then I went on to write some tips with dealing with Texas heat. Apparently, what I wrote struck a chord with a lot of people and so there were lots of great comments.
Friday Wrap-up (and Clean-Out)
On Friday I posted a little ditty about my day at work.
Faced with a relatively slow work day and some impending boredom, I chose to clean up my office for the first time in ten years. It’s a wonder I didn’t stir up bubonic plague or something.
The post is less boring than it sounds.
Or is it?
Saturday Morning Kick-off
This post was a short little ditty that sort of continued the theme from Friday of cleaning up and cleaning out.
Blinded by the Light (Cleaning)
I was well on my way to a productive weekend and this post was sort of a pep-talk with myself to keep up the good work. Was I successful? I guess I’ll just have to write some sort of weekend wrap-up post and let you know.
(I am very likely greatly overestimating your interest in what I do on the weekend.)
Hello Biff! I like your Best of Biff idea, and will dust off some older posts for some future postings, hope you don’t mind. BTW you will continue to receive your compensatory packages in brown wrapping paper dropped off by a guy named ‘Frenchie’.

Thanks, Wilt! I look forward to reading your Best of Wilt (BoW) posts.
And will these packages in brown wrapping paper be left on my doorstep, set on fire, and then my doorbell rang?

That’s called Hot Rush service in the ‘courier’ industry.

I’ll be sure to have someone else (not me) rush out and stamp out the fire. 😀
